Investflot Insurance Company indemnifies losses and damages arising from fortuitous accidents and perils of the navigation as well as due to other sudden and unforeseen reasons during the period of operating and storage of boat or yacht on the following condition:

With the liability for losses and damages:
1. losses due to total loss of boat or yacht – actual or constructive;
2. expenses due to removal of damages to hull, engines, machinery, equipment;
3. necessary and properly incurred expenses for the salvage of boat or yacht;
4. necessary and properly incurred expenses for preventing and minimizing the loss and ascertaining its extend.

Also Investflot Insurance Company indemnifies losses and damages owing to:
- missing of boat or yacht;
- hijacking or stealing of the whole boat or yacht as well as its parts;
- illegal actions of third party versus boat or yacht;
- launching or lifting of boat or yacht on/from the surface of the water.

Additionally may be insured the liabilities for losses and damages incurred by boat or yacht as a consequence of:
- collision with any other vessels;
- damage to any fixed or floating objects other then vessels;
- pollution of environment;
- wreck removal of boat or yacht;
- death or personal injury of crewmembers or passengers on board of boat or yacht.
